Aesthetic education helps providers explore new ways of looking, listening, thinking, and navigating through daily encounters because the aesthetic quality is a component of all behavior, expectations, and result-driven outcomes. We understand the importance of proper training and education at Aesthetics Biomedical® Inc. (ABM). We recognize that training quality has a direct impact on product integration and use, patient satisfaction, safety, and treatment efficacy; all of these factors have an outcome on return on investment, product demand, and the standards of care with which we provide those services.
AESTHETICS BIOMEDICAL’S COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Aesthetics Biomedical’s Clinical Training Department oversees all product training, provides education, training tools, and serves as a resource for all training needs. Following the purchase of an ABM product, our providers can always expect to be trained by skilled, knowledgeable, certified ABM product trainers that represent the full Aesthetics Biomedical® product portfolio: Vivace® Microneedle RF, SoME® Skincare, SENZA Laser Hair Removal, PlasmaMD.
After assessing the impact of previous training activities by our previous distributors, ABM has reorganized and expanded its training department. Our training programs are designed to increase individual’s and organizational productivity, enrichment, and knowledge regarding each Aesthetics Biomedical® product. Currently, ABM offers an array of training resources that are available through various delivery platforms developed to support your staff’s ongoing training needs. If your team was trained by your sales representative rather than a certified trainer, we suggest you contact ABM to ensure your practice is properly trained.

CURRENT EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING OFFERINGS:
Practice Development: Schedule a time to speak with our Practice Development Manager to hear about our marketing programs to help you successfully help your Vivace® practice and, in turn, increase revenue. Please click here to schedule an appointment.
Zoom Training Sessions: You can request a virtual zoom call though our training department, to review parameters, provide a basic Vivace® overview and answer any questions you may have. This is a free of charge, one-hour training course and is an excellent tool for new Vivace® users or those seeking a refresher course.
Onsite Requests for Training: A cost-effective, intensive in-person training for new employees and relevant staff, at your designated location. This is a four-hour training and includes the cost of the trainer and two Vivace Experience® Kits. Your trainer will guide you through two Vivace® Microneedle RF treatments.
Vivace® Direct: This free of charge program delivers providers with useful updates on treatment techniques, clinical education, and best practices for Vivace®. To sign up, text “VIVACE” to 39970.
#HowDoYouNeedle with Vivace® IG Live Series: These live episodes are hosted by Vivace® providers along with an influencer or reality TV star special guest to discuss their experiences with Vivace®. Each provider shares some of their unique protocols, treatment best practices, and techniques.
